Yes. We have passed audits by TÜV, SGS, and Intertek.
Yes. We offer customization from logo silk-screen printing to packaging. MOQ for customization is 10,000 pairs per single item.
Standard MOQ is 1,000 pairs. For first-time cooperation, we accept orders starting from 300 pairs.
In-stock samples ship within 5–7 days. Custom samples require a sample fee; domestic shipping is covered by us, while other costs are borne by the customer.
Our products comply with mainstream international standards. We currently hold product appearance patent certificates, product test reports, and technical inspection reports from Guangzhou Customs for pulse products.
We implement a strict four-stage quality control process:
Stage 1: Source Screening (Entry Threshold)
Supplier Audit: We prioritize suppliers with MA, CNAS, and other authoritative certifications.
Certificate of Analysis (COA) Review: We verify each batch's COA to confirm key indicators (fiber composition, molecular weight, viscosity) meet design specifications.
Physical Pre-screening: Manual or machine sorting to remove fibers with substandard length/thickness or visible impurities.
Stage 2: Incoming Inspection (Laboratory Testing)
Chemical Safety (Anti-allergy/Toxic):
Hazardous Substances: Testing for formaldehyde, heavy metals (lead/cadmium), phthalates, etc., ensuring compliance with GB 18401 or REACH.
Biocompatibility: Cytotoxicity, sensitization, and irritation testing (ISO 10993) for skin-contact materials such as silicone and metal.
Physical Performance (Durability):
Textiles: Color fastness, tensile strength, pilling, shrinkage.
Metal Parts: Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) and artificial sweat tests for corrosion and discoloration resistance.
Special Materials: Waterproof and breathability index testing for TPU-coated fabrics.
Stage 3: In-Process Monitoring (IPQC)
First Article Confirmation: Full-dimension verification of the first finished piece per batch before mass production.
Patrol Inspection: Scheduled inspections by QC personnel focusing on high-risk processes (e.g., stitch density, seams) with timely correction of deviations.
Stage 4: Final Release (Final Inspection & Traceability)
AQL Sampling Inspection: Per industry AQL standards, checking appearance (stains, holes), dimensional tolerance, and functionality (e.g., sensors on smart devices).
Full-process Traceability: All inspection data is linked to batch information, ensuring every step from raw material to finished product is traceable.
We strongly recommend Alibaba Trade Assurance. For first-time cooperation, we accept Trade Assurance orders with a 50% deposit.
① 100% advance payment preferred.
② 50% advance payment + balance against B/L copy accepted.
Upon confirmation of deposit and samples, standard orders typically require 30–45 days.
